I read in the motorcycling press recently the ‘powers that be’ have put a 40mph speed limit on the Old Horseshoe Pass. A real shame – there was a time when that was my favourite set of bends —
No worries – so long as the killjoys don’t spoil the Cafe —
Not that we hear that couthie phrase much nowadays – since drinking and driving has become one of the deadliest of sins —
