We got all sorts of visitors when we lived at Bardrishaig on the Isle of Luing —
I parked the bike by this interesting ‘monument’ for want of a better word – while having a coffee at the wee caf round the corner recently —
I wish I had taken the time to check out the ornamental tower thingy – centre/right – to see what it’s for. Every time I see this pic I’m left wondering – too small for a bandstand and the Tay Bridge disaster memorial is elsewhere.
Guess I will just have to go back on another ride and check it out 😎
said Helen when she saw my ‘Burger’ post.
The new briquettes were slow to fire up so I tipped some four years old charcoal I found hiding in the shed over them.
The old stove built up so much heat I’m pretty sure I could still be cooking burgers on there at ten o’clock tonight if I wanted too 😄
