It must be wild weather up in the hills today as it’s blowing a hoolie at times down in our usually sheltered back garden with wicked squalls passing through.
We were over by Loch Earn earlier and there was a whole wall of water filling the sky making it’s way towards us down the loch.
As good a day as any for Helen to finish her latest painting —
especially on an evening when the fire is lit —
But not all of the time as Loki can get very jealous if the usually independent Seamus is looking for a bit of comfort from Helen or I. The fire is a great unifier though the nights that we have it lit are becoming fewer and I find myself counting the logs.
Watching telly from under a blanket on the couch is becoming the norm of an evening 🤠
