Perhaps I should make a habit of having lunch instead of dinner as I have energy to spare this evening —
I can’t walk without serious pain with my worn out knees and I have decided to get the old Raleigh down from it’s pegs in the garage and have refurned to cvcling —-I think this is my fifth consecutive day of the new regime – as I build up the miles the old muscles are responding and what I need now is patience and a bit more puff šFrom a shaky start I’m going a little further every day — Magic!
