Almost 2000 years ago the largest army ever to invade Scotland was camped on this spot —

Or as near to this spot as you can stack 20,000 legionnaires – the official campsite covered an area equal to 72 football pitches —
Yup – the Romans had come to town and must have liked what they found as they proceeded to make Braco one of their main Scottish camps for the next 140 years —
