It’s a bit special —

Had the preliminary inspection for the eyelid job about six weeks ago and was told to expect some bruising and two black eyes to go away with —
no more – and no pics till they have healed but I’m pleased to say my eighty years old drooping bottom eyelids which have been causing me problems other than cosmetic have been snipped and tucked back into their correct position today.
A bit like forming an expansion chamber for a racing two-stroke exhaust – the process involves snipping a ‘V’ out of the bottom lid – pulling the ‘V’ closed and stitching it together.
The ends of the dissolving gut emerge either side of the bridge of the nose where they are tied off and the whole job is carried out under a local anaesthetic – takes half-an-hour and could be done in your lunch break.
Cheers – Don 🤠👍
A harmless little ditty by Cat Stevens isn’t going to start any wars —

We live just a couple of miles down the road from the popular mountain biking centre – Comrie Croft …
Just another ailment to contend with —
He said no worries – it was only bursitis and the flaking skin was a sign that it was getting better —
Yehh! I’ll take that and still enjoy my X-ADV750 to reach those far off places for the foreseeable future 👍
